Finding the right property
When you start looking for rental accommodation, you should allow enough time to find a suitable property as well as 7-14 days to complete the application and referencing processes.
Affordablity
Our affordability calculation is based on your annual earnings as an individual or as a couple. Your earnings must equal to or more than 2.5 times the annual rent.
Credit Check
A credit check will be undertaken on each tenant who applies for accomodation with Apex Estate Agents. They will require a ‘Good’ rating, however a check below ‘Good’ will require a Guarantor with a annual income of 3 times the annual rent.
Property Viewings
When viewing, you must consider the property carefully and ensure that you check exactly what is and is not included in the furnishings and fixtures.
Securing a Property
Once you have selected a property, you will be required to visit the nearest Apex branch to secure the property with your completed application form. We will then process the application and update you whether the application is accepted or rejected.
